These terms apply to purchases from C-Four Industries (Pvt) Ltd, whether direct, through our dealer network, or as a wholesale, retail, hospitality or corporate partner.

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed with C-Four Industries (Pvt) Ltd ("C-Four", "we", "us"), whether made directly through our factory in Mawanella, through an appointed dealer, or through our website. By placing an order, visiting our factory, or engaging our wholesale team, you agree to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to any order placed after the date shown above.
Orders are confirmed once payment, or an agreed deposit for wholesale accounts, has been received. Prices quoted are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice for orders not yet confirmed.
Dealer and wholesale pricing is available to verified retail, hospitality and institutional accounts. Proof of business registration may be requested before dealer-tier pricing is applied.

Orders are dispatched from our factory in Hingula, Mawanella. Standard factory dispatch is within 24 hours of order confirmation for in-stock items. Delivery timeframes to dealers and direct customers vary by location across Sri Lanka and are confirmed at the time of order.
Risk in goods passes to the customer or dealer once dispatched from our factory or handed to a courier partner.
Nets with a manufacturing defect in frame, mesh or stitching may be returned within 14 days of delivery for inspection, repair or replacement. Nets that have been altered, damaged through misuse, or custom-ordered (including bulk almsgiving and ceremonial orders) are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Sizes, circumference, height and ring diameter measurements published on our specifications page are provided as a sizing guide. Minor manufacturing tolerances may apply. Colours may vary slightly from on-screen images due to display settings.
The C-Four name, logo, and product names including Nova, Super-Fit, Pooja, Boxer and Butterfly are the property of C-Four Industries (Pvt) Ltd. Dealers and partners may use approved branding for the sale of genuine C-Four products only.
C-Four supplies products manufactured to the specifications stated at the time of sale. To the extent permitted by law, C-Four is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use, installation or resale of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from an order or dealer agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
